Thirsty Fish
We went letterboxing again today. This one is located in Ahwatukee, AZ. It's a easy hike, 5 mile round trip. This is the hardest one we have done yet. When we got to the letterbox there was Indian paintings on the rocks. The sign said they were 600 years old. This is still a lot of fun. We are already planning our next letterboxing adventure.

Stake Fair
Tonight I took all the kids to the annual Stake fair our church puts on. I forgot my camera so there is no pictures. The kids had a lot of fun. Bailey and Stephanie walked around talking to their friends, and sat down to listen to the band. Later on I found out they were flirting with the band. (At least it was boys their age, and from our church) Edward, Alec, and Anthony, played games, ate sno cones, and went on the bouncy slide all night. Brandon and I played all the carnival games, bounce house, and the bouncy slide. We also had popcorn, cookies, sno cones, etc. All the kids had fun. That is what memories are made of. It was a great night!

Boy Scouts/Happy Gila Monster/Monster's End
Edward, had to identify 10 native plants, and 10 native animals to AZ, for his Boy Scouting badge work. While we were there we did some letterboxing too. There were 2 hidden, but 1 was missing. Of course I took pictures, and the kids really hammed it up, but I can't get the pictures to post. I'll try again later.

Mother/ Son picnic
Our Bear Cub Scouts, planned a mother/son picnic for Mother's Day. The boys decorated boxes (to put the lunch in), planned a menu, made lunch, and even made Hershey Kisses rose buds. It was a beautiful day. I think the boys really enjoyed it. I know the moms did.
